I'm Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian with a Master in Public Health. My philosophy on healthy eating is pretty easy - cook your own food using fresh, wholesome ingredients.

This blog isn't a tool to lecture you on the benefits of healthy eating, rather it's an outlet for my creative energy; a place where I can share my kitchen adventures, new and old recipes, and hopefully inspire you to get your hands dirty and create your own culinary delights (and inevitably have fun with the occasional cooking disaster!)
